Team Introduction

 Mollector is an NFT collectible auto-combat card game, built from scratch for Blockchain on Blockchain. The game offers an immersive experience that’s based on deckbuilding, strategy, and the Play-to-Earn approach, pushing the boundaries towards Play to Enjoy-Earn-Explore.

Inspired by the Hearthstone and Dungeons & Dragons world, Mollector takes place in a fantasy universe where magnificent beings from Six Factions co-exist and battle for supremacy.

About the job

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager position will be a creative and analytical thinker with genuine appreciation for the arts and culture of Gaming & Interactive Media. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
  • Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
  • Develop content & activities of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
  • Manage and allocate budget correctly
  • Manage multi-national team members & collaborators in hybrid working environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of crypto, blockchain and NFT involvement
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Casual Gaming culture & marketing communication.
  • Up-to-date with performance marketing techniques and technologies
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative actions
  • Experience with social media and community management

Preferable Requirement (not compulsory)

  • Experience in the mobile game industry
  • Good English oral/written communication skills
