Team Introduction

Mollector is an NFT collectible auto-combat card game, built from scratch for Blockchain on Blockchain. The game offers an immersive experience that’s based on deckbuilding, strategy, and the Play-to-Earn approach, pushing the boundaries towards Play to Enjoy-Earn-Explore.

Inspired by the Hearthstone and Dungeons & Dragons world, Mollector takes place in a fantasy universe where magnificent beings from Six Factions co-exist and battle for supremacy.

About the job

We are looking for someone with a strong technical art background who has a passion for card game effects. You’ll work in a hybrid environment with both online and offline teams to deliver the best Player-Centric experience to global players who are both NFT savvy and gaming enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

The growth of our communities is the main goal that we are all working toward:

• Engaging with followers on social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, and Discord on all things to grow the communities;
• Developing a community's content orientation;
• Running blockchain discussion groups on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter;
• Planning and managing online activities or AMA to increase brand exposure and community development, keep the community involved;
• Directly manage our communities;
• Keeping up with the latest in digital technologies and market trends.

Requirements

• Being experienced in crypto and knowing the vocabulary of the crypto community;
• Being fast and great at engagement on social media;
• Having experience with content creation for crypto with a focus on writing the copy (graphic design is a plus);
• At least 1 year proven work experience as a community manager;
• Fluency in English;
• Deep experience knowledge of the crypto and NFT space;
• Knowledge of online communities from platforms including Twitter, Telegram and Discord;
• Strategic problem solver with validated results building and executing a community strategy;
• Excellent verbal + written communication skills; ability to adapt strategic messaging across channels to drive action;
• Ability to navigate (and thrive in) fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Data-driven and analytical.
• Having existing relationships with influencers in the NFT space is a plus;
